Some easy Chi enhancers sure to help you raise your vibe:
• Take a walk, spend time in Nature.
• Get some sun.
• Buy some fresh flowers.
• Do some breath work.
• Meditate.
• Do something nice for someone else.
• Drink some cucumber & mint water (or any other delicious naturally flavored water).
• Move 27 things around in your home to disperse stagnant chi.
• Add 9 oranges in a bowl.
• Diffuse citrus essential oil.
• Cleanse your crystals.
• Exercise – my new fave is using a weighed hula hoop!
• Smile!
• Journal.
• Take a bath.
• Plant something.
• Have a 30 second dance party with yourself! (Thanks Grey’s Anatomy for that one!)
